Depending on the destination of your goods, Venezia Pasta has chosen different solutions able to guarantee a very quick delivery, or by express couriers or by our trucks.

We have studied and upgraded a way for packaging and delivering and we have tested it "on the field".

All delicatessen you have bought are packed in our facilities by taking care very deeply, and we guarantee that they will arrive to your door perfectly packed and hygienically perfect.

Delivery takes place approximately 6 hours after the order is dispatched from our plant in Cormano (Milano); in Venezia downtown we deliver every day with dedicated trucks. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday for orders including perishable goods; for orders of non-perishable goods, shipping can also be on a Saturday.

The complete price of your order will be based on: the price of the goods; the destination; the total weight of the goods ordered. The precise delivery day will depend on the destination and on the goods ordered.

All of our products are covered by guarantee for defect or imperfection. Any such defect must be brought to our attention by sending a registered letter to Venezia Pasta within 10 days of receipt of the product.

At our discretion the product will be either replaced at our expense by an equivalent product or the customer will be reimbursed in full for the product.

All our customers have the right to recede from the contract according to article 5 of the D.L 22 May 1999, n. 185. This Act allows for the return of the product, within 10 days of receipt of the product and by registered post to Venezia Pasta in order to obtain the replacement of the product by another or the refund of the amount paid. The only expenses to be paid are those for delivery.

The right to a refund is applicable only to goods which have not been tampered with and cannot be extended to products which by their very nature cannot be returned or risk rapid change or deterioration.
